The hotel had a great location, very close to the waterfront. It was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered parking facilities, convenient traveling by car.

The room was smaller than expected and the dark, grey walls made it feel gloomy and uninviting. There was a problem with the lights in the room, they could only be turned on or off altogether, quite frustrating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of the city and across from the opera house. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations and speaking perfect English.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. You won't be disappointed!

As foreign tourists, we loved the friendly and helpful staff who allowed us to check in 4 hours early. The location was perfect, with central Copenhagen and all its attractions within walking distance. We also enjoyed the variety and tastiness of the breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent - really close to the metro station and right in the city centre. It was so easy to get from the airport and anywhere in this city. The breakfast provided was awesome, with a great variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful.
